Qualifications:
At least 2 year College Graduate or undergrad with at least 6 months experience in graphics, layout and editing
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop or similar applications
Fast learner, highly organized and can work alone
Willing to work Mon-Sat 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Events planning and coordination
Design and layout of marketing collaterals
Encoding, Database Updating
Cleaning of the office on weekends (by rotation with other employees)
Delivery and pick up of documents as needed
