Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop or similar applications
Fast learner, highly organized and can work alone
Willing to work Mon-Sat 8am-5pm, Sundays and Mon/Thu as days off
Responsibilities:
Encoding, Data Processing and Documentation
Design and layout of marketing collaterals
Minor coordination such as calling, replying to a few emails and responding to text messages
Deliver and pick up documents from time to time
Cleaning of the office on weekends (by rotation with other employees)
